Toxic masculinity is everywhere. It is so deeply ingrained in our culture that men have to be physically and emotionally stronger than women. It’s stupid and it should definitely change. The better people raise their sons to accept that isn’t the only way to behave, the sooner we can beat down these toxic gender norms.
People on TikTok are sharing things men do that make it clear to anyone else that they are insecure in their masculinity. Their responses are all things that are really common to see men do to hide their insecurities but only makes the situation worse. Hopefully soon men can show their emotions and women can actually burp when they need to.
