To set the story here’s a lovely pic of Agustina out to dinner with her grandmother Celoy (89) and her grandfather Marcos (92).
As with most of us, Agustina’s grandparents are close to her heart, so she wanted to do something sweet to honor them…
That’s when she came up with the idea to get their names tattooed on her ankle, but not JUST any old tattoo of their names, she wanted something more speical.
So Agustina asked her grandparents to sign their names on a piece of paper.
She told them that she needed it “for college,” which seems like a pretty good cover, right?
Then Agustina used the signatures to turn into her ankle tattoo and soon came back to see her grandparents and reveal the surprise. “Remember writing your names for me some time ago?” she asks in the video.
Time for the big reveal…
Grandma Celoy was very excited, but it was Grandpa Marco’s reaction that would go viral…
At first glance, Marcos couldn’t understand what Agustina had done (remember, he’s 92, so give him a minute)
But then he looked again…
When grandpa realized what it was…
Tears of joy.
“I am very lucky to have my grandparents because they are really amazing” Agustina said in her Twitter thread.

Translation: “I asked my grandparents to write their names for me “for a practical project at the university” but in reality, they were to tattoo them on me, and I will keep their reaction forever. “
les pedi a mis abuelos que me escriban sus nombres "para un trabajo práctico de la facultad” pero en realidad eran para tatuármelos, y su reacción me la guardo para siempre. ♥️ pic.twitter.com/NcQ0uWUIkH
