Bad landlords are the worst. I never understood how treating people so shitty would make your business better.
People are always going to need a place to live but wouldn’t it just make more sense to treat your tenants with respect? Then they’ll be happy to pay rent on time, communicate with you, and keep the place nice. Sure, there are probably awful tenants out there but the majority of people just want a nice place to live.
According to this pretty eye-opening subreddit, there are a lot of bad landlords and they deserved to be shamed online. These tenants deserve better.
