English is a hard language. On top of the annoyingly vast English vocabulary, we’ve got these intense rules that sometimes make no sense, idioms, abbreviations, and (god forbid) analogies. Sometimes we even sprinkle in some non-English phrases into our regular vocab and it’s like, c’mon man, we’ve got plenty to work with already.
It’s tough to be an English expert but god bless the people who just go for it anyway. We all remember the internet’s favorite grammar fail: Bone apple tea (instead of bon appetite).
Thanks to the mercilessness of people on the internet we’ve got plenty more where that comes from.
