For those who don’t know, “Bone Apple Tea” AKA “Bone App The Teeth,” is a mockery of the French expression “bon appétit” and have over the last few years been used to caption photos of unappetizing food on the Internet. But Bone Apple Tea grew into much more than that, courtesy of the subReddit r/BoneAppleTea. The community became a place where people screenshotted text messages, Facebook posts, and tweets of malapropisms and spelling errors for the world to enjoy.
