Sometimes memes bubble up from the deepest reaches of the internet and their origins are forever shrouded in mystery.
Other times things are pretty straightforward.
Such is the case with the “Make Up a Guy” meme which is the work of a comedy Twitter account by the same name that was started last October. (Incidentally the account appears to use the same model from the Bad Boyfriend Meme as its photo.)
As the experts at Know Your Meme explain, the account is very simple: It simply…makes up guys. Each fictional guy is giving one sole trait which defines them like “guy who eats cereal with water instead of milk.”
The account also posts fan submissions if you’d like to submit a guy.
