It’s often said that everyone should work a customer service job at some point in their lives, if only to appreciate the other side of the consumer experience. That would be the sweaty, mind-numbing, feet-numbing largely thankless side. The side where you have to deal with customers who believe they’re always right simply because some sadistic idiot popularized the saying “the customer is always right.”
If such people understood what it was like to be on the other side of an insane complaint, they might have a bit more compassion. Until then, we have memes.
