Jealousy is a disease and we all know it. When jealousy trumps your own flesh and blood, you should understand that whoever the source of the jealousy is, is most likely the issue. Sisters have a special bond with one another. The loyalty, protectiveness, honesty, and unconditional love of a best friend all in a person you could also have the urge to strangle at any minute. Of course sisters make mistakes all the time, and can go years without talking if no one decides to ever be the bigger person. Sometimes however, these fights are completely pointless, and with a little context could be completely avoided.
One Redditor recently asked the “Am I The A-hole?” community if she had overreacted for making her teenage sisters fly home after her husband caught them taking pictures of him and his “client” at dinner. Check out OP’s story below along with the top comments on the post.

I have two younger sisters who are 15 and 17. They came to visit my husband and I on what was supposed to be a 5-week trip. Unfortunately, it had to end early after they were caught following my husband while he was having dinner with a client.
I told them they had to leave immediately because I could tell my husband was close to exploding and even though they kept begging me to hear them out and to let them stay I wouldn’t. I called our dad to let him know they would be coming home early and why which didn’t go over well. My stepmother wanted me to let them stay until the morning so they would fly back in the daytime but I told her it wasn’t possible and they had to leave immediately.
I’m supposed to be visiting soon but my sisters have told our dad that they don’t want to see me and my stepmother said I wasn’t welcome in her house after what I did to them.
The reason my husband was so angry is because the client was the one who noticed them taking pictures of them and when he confronted them they were rude to her and to him.
AITA?
The lack of detail in this story leaves it open to a lot of missing context. Why were her younger sisters following her husband? Maybe they were suspicious of him and simply trying to be teenage detectives for their ignorant older sister. It was a major red flag that the husband got so upset about them being there as well. A man who had nothing to worry about probably would have laughed at the situation. Maybe however, they were just being bored little siblings who thought it would be funny to stalk her husband while he was out.
Redditors had a few theories about why OP’s sisters did what they did, and decided that her lack of faith in their loyalty was “A-hole” behavior.
