Bullied Exchange Student Stands Up Against Teacher Asking To Exploit Her Country
High school is a blast unless you have literally anything different about you. New students are an exciting target for bullies and if you came from another country, there’s a pretty good chance you’re about to be subjected to all of the stereotypes Americans have dreamed up.
A girl went to Reddit’s AITA to ask if she was in the wrong to refuse her teacher’s offer to do a presentation on her home country of Ireland for the other students. Who would be shocked that a student wouldn’t want to do extra homework and then present it in front of your bullies?
