Sadly, we all know annoying people. There are annoying customers, annoying coworkers, annoying relatives, and even annoying frenemies whose every word seems to grate on your nerves.
Sometimes it takes a little while for jerks to fully wear down your good graces and become annoying, other times they reveal themselves as utterly obnoxious with a single phrase. Honestly, it’s a timesaver.

“We’re all in this together!!!” “when we (inspirational phrase), there’s NOTHING we can’t do!!!”
I’m not saying teamwork and positive thinking are bad at all, but if you’re going to try and get inspirational it’s actually better to stay AWAY from cliche quotes that you hear in movies and just use your own words lol
Edit: after reading everyone’s comments, I realized something: it’s not the quotes that make me mad, it’s when the person using them clearly doesn’t actually BELIEVE in them and is only saying them to cover up their toxic – ness. Like all these people are saying they had bosses who used these phrases all the time but then turned right around and did/said things that showed they didn’t mean it at all (like the one that went “and it was all thanks to me” when the project was finished) –StreetIndependence62
