Millionaire Stephen J. Cloobeck is suing his ex-girlfriend model Stephanie Gurzanski for, he claims, using his mansions and jets to take pornographic photos for her OnlyFans account.
MailOnline reported that the claims were filed on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. They also reported that the pair met via a mutual friend last year, after Cloobeck and his wife of 22 years called it quits.
Cloobeck, 59, is the founder and former CEO of Diamond Resorts International. He attempted to paint Gurzanski as a “con artist”, but she had previously filed her own temporary restraining order against her millionaire-ex.
MailOnline reports that the court filings state that Cloobeck “spent nearly every waking moment with” Gurzanski; he claims that he bought her jewelry, parties, jet trips, and paid for her housing. It is worth noting that the “gold digger” narrative Cloobeck is attempting to paint could just as easily be viewed as potential financial abuse.
In fact, Gurzanski, who is 26, says that Cloobeck has made her afraid for her life since she left him in December. Her lawyer, Arthur Barens, told the New York Post, “He wanted to control her. ou mean calling a girl 15 times, a dozen times a day, sending her intimidating texts, intimidating her mother, intimidating her friends — that is mental abuse.”
Cloobeck’s complaint argues that he holds the copyright to her photos — because they were allegedly taken in his houses, despite being very clearly of Gurzanski herself.
Cloobeck claims that by using his property in her photos, she has caused him “irreparable harm.”
“Many of the OnlyFans and social media photographs published by Gurzanski feature Cloobeck’s fixtures, furnishings, and luxury goods.
“She posed in the bathroom of his jet, in his private suite at The Mansion at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, in his bedrooms, on a yacht he rented, and anywhere else where she could sneak a photo to peddle on the internet.
“On occasion, she secretly posed in the nude while Cloobeck’s teenage daughter and staff were in the house.”
Gurzanski’s recall of the relationship with Cloobeck, which lasted only a few months, is very different.
According to a court declaration from January, they spent time together daily from July until mid-December, at which point Gurzanski decided she wanted to spend the New Year’s holiday with friends — and not Cloobeck. He harassed her about modeling and became angry with her, then proposed on Christmas Day. Gurzanski declined and left Cloobeck; at this point, Gurzanski alleges that Cloobeck harassed her and her family relentlessly online and even doxxed her.
He sent an onslaught of texts and calls and sent an email that threatened ““kill her legally with expenses,” according to Gurzanski’s lawyer.
