A Texas police chief has been burning the relationship candle at both ends. Actually, picture a candle with even more than two ends. Maybe it’s better to say he was juggling quite a lot, and now all his balls have hit the ground.
His former girlfriend, Cecily Steinmetz, put his butt on blast using Facebook and a whole bunch of receipts.
Jason Collier was put on administrative leave at the Stinnett Police Department in northern Texas, after being put in the position last year in February.
Collier is married and a father of four, but that’s not what he told Cecily Steinmetz, who says she was dating him in a Facebook post:
She also says that he has at least one OTHER girlfriend. She wrote:
Chief Jason Collier is living a double/triple life. I was his girlfriend until yesterday. He lied to me and presented me with fake annulment documents when I found out he was married. I also found out about a 2nd girlfriend, Kristi, last night.
He has lied to us, our children, and asked us both to marry him. He is a poor representative of your town.
He would also visit me in Amarillo when he was on shift. We just returned from vacation in Taos on Sunday – meanwhile, his other GF was told he was on work assignment in Portland, OR.
She shared screenshots of a post about his anniversary with his wife he wrote in September of 2020:
And photos of the fake annulment document she was presented with:
Heavy reports that Collier is also an ordained minister. That, plus this picture of him wearing that “blue lives matter” flag in his dating profile pretty much says it all:
The post has been shared over 22 thousand times, and apparently, yet MORE women were flushed out in the comments, saying they were also dating Collier and had met him on dating apps.
In another post on January 28th, Steinmetz says that Collier has actually resigned and been arrested because creating a fake document like annulment papers is a state felony. Will this be a rare instance of a police chief officer actually facing some sort of consequences?
