Should kids always be catered to? Of course not, but there’s some grey area. Like at a baseball game when there’s a foul ball and some guy catches it, then gives it to a little kid. We can all agree that is awesome. Same for when a foul ball is head to a kid and some guy grabs it from him. We hate that guy. It’s a judgement call thing.
What about this situation?
A man is waiting in line for an F-1 simulator. He’s waited in line fair and square, for a long time. Right when it’s his turn to go, he’s informed he will be the last ride before closing. The little girl behind him cries and begs to switch places with him, he denies and enjoys his ride. What do you think?
He looks like he enjoys his decision.
Was he wrong for this? He followed the rules, and the hours are clearly posted.
I think it’s important for kids to learn life isn’t fair. We’d all be a little happier if we could wrap our heads around that at an early age. The good guys don’t always win, you don’t always get what you deserve, and sometimes some dude gets the last F-1 ride.
But go ahead and cry about it, I guess.
People get it. The comments are mostly in support of the man.

What are your thoughts? Is this guy in the wrong? Would you have given up your spot? I don’t think I would have, but I probably wouldn’t have filmed myself enjoying it while a child cried. IDK.
