A 17-year old girl on TikTok has gone viral by sharing videos about her recently-learned Electrician lifestyle. Isabell McGuire gained over 200,000 followers and has received millions of views on her videos of her flaunting her gear on job sites.
Based in Manchester, England, McGuire stated that she never thought posting about her job would get people to notice her so much. However, many male viewers have been judging the teenager based on her vanity and questioning if she truly does a quality job as an electrician. Which is quite ironic, as I’ve seen men on TikTok post similar “thirst traps” at their work sites and receive no criticism for it whatsoever.
Her TikTok thirst trap videos have people everywhere calling in work orders just to have her service their homes.
The commenters trying to snag their chance with Bell were coming up with every excuse in the book to have her take a look at their “electrical issues.”
Her passion started when one day, Bell went to a job site with her father, who is a seasoned electrician, and fell in love with the job. Since then, she’s been in trade school to learn more and become more skilled in her new craft. She is the only woman in her entire class and even better, has some of the best grades. We love a smart, beautiful, and talented girl in a man-oriented industry!!
McGuire said,
There are women who don’t want a man in the house or there are women who can’t have a man in the house for religious reasons. I want to be able to make women feel comfortable in their own home and help them with whatever electrician work they need to be done.
