The anti-maskers are so deep in their conspiracy theories they think they’re running their own Department of Justice. A video posted by @wittlelizzy shows a white woman with no mask on entering her place of business, Mother’s Market and Kitchen, carrying a manila folder and a few papers labeled “notice of discrimination.”
It starts in the middle of the altercation. “It’s against the law,” the woman is saying. “I’m gonna leave because I don’t want to buy anything… I’m here to serve Janet.”
The cashier asks, “So you’re not here to do business?” The woman responds, “Yes, I was, but I’m not gonna buy anything.”

The cashier summarizes what’s happening, saying, “We have refused service. You are trespassing, this is a private business.”
The woman insists she “knows the law” and then kind of gestures at them with her phone and answers, “OK, I’ve got you all on video and you can have me on video, as well, because I know the law, and you don’t.”
The video went viral on Reddit, under r/F–ckYouKaren, and one commenter, cptechy, looked up the papers the woman was carrying
“I was curious what point Karen is attempting to make,” they wrote. “If you pause it right, you can read that the form she is trying to give is something called ‘notice of discrimination.’ A quick google found this site. It’s basically a step by step guide for antimaskers to cause problems for businesses.”
The conservative, pro-Trump organization is called The Healthy American, and provides the downloadable documents for anti-maskers to file a complaint against businesses that won’t let their maskless faces inside. The woman seems to think this connects her directly to the DOJ.
In a second video, the woman is still yelling about knowing the law from her car the parking lot, threatening to come back and serve more people. Servings all around!
@wittlelizzyPart 2. Volume up! She’s coming back to serve me and my co worker. I’m tired y’all ##antimaskers ##karens ##karensgoingwild ##covid♬ original sound – Liz Chavez
There’s a commentary TikTok on the OG vid, in which the poster clarifies the woman wasn’t actually filming them at all. So, it seems like this anti-masker doesn’t have much of a grasp on reality.

“Wasting her time just arguing with us,” the employee says. “She did end up leaving if you watch part two, but she says she will come back for us.” Oh no. Will she have even more fake papers??
