The Election Day and Night and now extended into Election Week and Democrats have experienced every possible feeling across these epically long days. Maybe Republicans have, too, but most of their feelings seem to be transformed into dangerous rage. At this point, they are raging because mail-in ballots have completely changed the early map of electoral votes in the U.S. As votes were counted from Philadelphia and surrounding areas, the state began to turn blue.
Meanwhile, in Georgia, votes coming from Atlanta and other blue counties had the same effect. Seemingly overnight, Joe Biden’s win went from looking like it would be by one electoral vote over 270 to many, many more.
