If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety you’re already familiar with the experience of toggling between feelings of panic and feelings of calm. If you’re a human being on Earth currently living through the current crisis you’re probably experiencing that now if you haven’t before. While there’s no vaccine for the virus yet we can at least self-medicate with memes.
