Kids believe the darndest things. Whether they are convinced there’s a monster under their bed or that they can speak with ants, children come out with some whoppers on a daily basis that their parents must do their best to interpret.
Some child logic is very literal, while some is magical, like thinking tiny actors live in every TV.
In their defense, kids are working with a very limited amount of information and their brains are very small. Also we straight-up lie to them about things like the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus so it’s not entirely their fault if their beliefs tend towards the fantastical.
