One of the great things about social media is that it allows people to get suggestions for something from a wide variety of people pretty easily upon request. If you don’t have time to set up focus groups or don’t have individuals in your life you can easily target for feedback, the internet might be your new best friend.
With that in mind, urogynecologist Ryan Stewart turned to Twitter when he decided to design his own office from the ground up.
“How would you design/optimize a visit to the gynecologist’s office?” he asked. “No detail is too small.”
Responses poured in, as people were thrilled that Stewart took the time to outsource opinions rather than assuming he already knew everything himself. People had ideas for ways to actually design the office, from the waiting room to the examination area, as well as for how to approach patients that they feel would make folks more comfortable.
