Of all the businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19, movie theaters may be the hardest hit of all. As huge commercial spaces that, by their very nature, require people to congregate in large numbers in a single room and whose product cannot be delivered remotely in any satisfying way, movie theaters are currently reeling.
What we have left are our memories of those sticky temples to cinematic glory…and the memories of all the food we snuck in. Considering the famously sky-high prices of movie snacks, nearly everyone has snuck food into a movie theater at one time or another (if not whole meals.)
Recently, a Twitter user asked people to fess up about their covert snack sneaking ops now that the movie theaters are too busy trying to survive to come after us.
