Running your own business can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with its fair share of challenges. One of the most difficult aspects of being a business owner is dealing with customers who are unreasonable, demanding, or even downright insane. Unfortunately, these customers are a reality of the business world, and they can be especially frustrating when they demand refunds for products or services they don’t deserve.
This was the case with professional photographer, Lance Romeo, who had an interaction with a previous customer who ask for a refund for her wedding pictures…because she got a divorce. Lanced shared the interaction on his Twitter page.
