I don’t know exactly what is going on here, but I can’t stop watching this video and I can’t stop laughing.
Based on the title of the video, it seems that someone typed the noises this dog was making into a text to speech translator and then dubbed it over the actual footage of the dog.
As I do with many things on the Internet, I’m not questioning it.
I’m just enjoying it.
