Another decade another dollar. It’s a grim reality that the older you get the faster time moves. It’s hard to believe that we’re approaching the end of the 2010s (or whatever you call them) but with 2020 coming up fast people have begun to look back at the decade that we’ll soon be bidding farewell to and its defining works of art and pop culture. In that spirit a thread on Reddit recently asked people to name the 2010s songs that defined the decade for them. What that means is subjective, so feel free to angrily disagree. Some of these tracks come to us from one-hit-wonders while others are the work of pop stars who are still dominating our earholes today. It all seems a little too recent to feel nostalgic about…and yet here we are.
