Chrissy Teigen can’t take a step without getting criticized on Twitter or Instagram, or any other platform where people can @ her. So of course, she got attacked when she shared a picture about how at home, she can’t take a step without her kids getting underfoot.
Teigen posted a photo of herself and her son Miles, in which she’s topless and glamorous and he’s running between her legs, wanting to be close to his mom.
“Please move, mommy is trying to be thirsty,” she joked in the caption.
Most people with a blue check applauded the photo for both representing how hot Chrissy Teigen is and for how clearly it represents the relationship between a mom and her little kid.
But there was a whole other contingent of unverified strangers jumping into the comments to insinuate Chrissy Teigen was some sort of sicko for being partially nude near the baby she breastfed:
Teigen has had a lot of practice responding to trolls, so she eventually had a good reply for one of them. To a rando who wrote, “Wtf… Am I the only one cringing.”
She replied, “Wait til they find out we take baths together.”
BuzzFeed reports that in another comment she wrote, “Everyone mad can reply here so I can just block you in one area.”
She’s gotten efficient at both blocking and comebacks.
While that Instagram post might not be something any mom would post, it’s true that there’s nothing sexual about it unless you are the pervert. Moms and kids are naked around one another a lot, especially when they’re so young.
