If you have Netflix, you’ve undoubtedly seen the platform pushing new Penn Badgley vehicle YOU. If you haven’t watched it—DO IT NOW YOU WON’T REGRET IT.
(Needless to say, SPOILERS AHEAD.)
If you have had the time to binge watch You, as binging is inevitable with this addicting show, then YOU know. It’s originally a Lifetime show, which is why love, obsession, stalking, and murder are all par for the course, but the writing is good and so the show manages to incorporate these elements without falling victim to utter cheesiness.
It’s campy, but not corny. And Penn Badgley plays a murderous psychopath! Honestly it’s everything I want in a Lifetime show, and so, so much more.
