In short, when you write stories about women as sexualized, dimensional characters you end up with the drivel above.
No. The problem is that men have attempted to write stories about women, while writing women out of the narrative. Hence the character type you’re referencing: A sexualized women with no dimension used as a sex object to titillate men while presenting a faux woman’s empowerment.
