Toxic masculinity is all around us in what is, still, in many ways, a “man’s world.”
But at some point, you start to have compassion for overly toxic and aggressive men because you can see much of their behavior stems from a deep sense of insecurity, which is relatable, even if it is just something we all have to deal with.
Recently a Redditor asked for examples of clear male insecurity:

The answers, I feel, were pretty spot-on
1. Right is right.

2. The ol’ one-upper

3. 👀

4. The show-off

5. Mr. Alpha Male.

6. Fellas, is it gay to care about other human beings that you’re supposedly friends with?

7.

8.

9.

10. Trying too hard.

11.

12.

13.
