I used to babysit (or “nanny” when I became too old to call it babysitting) and let me tell you: it can be a really crummy job. Some parents expect you to be playing with their children 200% of the time (I also have to pee, guys) and others trust you so little they secretly film you (illegal? gross? IDK). But hitting a good family is like hitting pure gold, so you find reasons to stick with it.
