Coffee Shop Owner Shuts Down Entitled Customer Who Wants To Bring Starbucks Into His Shop And Also Not Buy Anything

It’s pretty much common sense that you’re not allowed to bring food and drink into an establishment and have a seat. Unfortunately, this customer didn’t get the memo on that.

After being asked to leave because they decided to sit down without making a purchase and instead drink a Starbucks coffee, they left a pretty rude review. When the owner saw it, they decided to reply directly to the negative review in the best way.

They asked a customer to leave because they brought in a Starbucks coffee so they left a 2-star review

In the review, they said the staff wasn’t diverse enough and the coffee was awful.

In the owners’ reply, they note that it’s common sense that you aren’t allowed to bring food or drinks purchased from a competitor to an establishment.

The coffee shop owner replied to the review and pointed out that it’s common sense that you don’t bring food or drinks bought elsewhere to an establishment

The independent coffee shop already allows people to stay inside without making a purchase, but they aren’t allowed to bring outside food or drinks

In response to the customers comment on diversity, the owner says that half of their staff and customers are non-Caucasian

People online loved the owner’s sarcasm-laced response while also appalled by the customer’s negative review.
