COVID has changed the game of job descriptions and hiring practices — and I would argue that it changed it for the better. We’re hearing a lot of “nobody wants to work” but the reality seems to be that nobody wants to work for trash wages and garbage conditions.
And in my opinion, it’s high time we make that change.

10. Nanny. Also, this isn’t legal.
