‘I Would Be Hiding Too’ — Chik-fil-A Worker Hides In Bathroom From Creepy Customers

If you’ve ever worked with the public, you’ve probably had creepy customers. People who linger too long, people who can’t take “no” for an answer, you know the type.

Chik-fil-A employee Des (@destini.j) shared a scary story on TikTok after some customers got a little too personal (scroll to the end for the full video).

In the video, she’s clearly nervous and hiding in the restaurant bathroom after closing time.

It all started earlier in the day when a police officer asked her what time her shift ended.

She told him. And the officer responded: “‘Bet, I’m going to be here to walk you to your car.’”

Then she said “a couple of hours later, another guy comes in and he’s talking to me. I give him his food and he’s like, ‘What time do you get off?’”

She told him, too.

“He says, ‘I’ll be here to walk you to your car,’” she said. “What? No. It’s too much.”

This understandably got people worried for her safety.

The video went viral and thankfully, she’s ok. In an update, she said the police officer showed back up when her shift ended, but he got a call and had to leave.

The second man never reappeared. So all’s well that ends well. But some commenters had some good advice for Des.

Here are both videos. Be careful out there and NEVER tell people when you’re getting off work.
