If you have ever worked in the service industry, you probably have a good idea about how stressful it can be. Between remembering a million things at once, toting around plates of foods and glasses filled to the brim, and dealing with rude customers who don’t see you as a person, being a server is not for the faint of heart.
One server had enough after a set of inconsiderate customers dined and dashed, leaving @jurassicah to pay the bill. In response, @jurassicah flaunted the pair of glasses the customers left behind before stomping them into oblivion.
“To the girls who ran out and didn’t pay their tab, you left your glasses b—h,” said @jurassicah. “Hope those were $125 dollars,” she wrote in the caption. Her notion brought about some debate on whether she had made the right decision. In my opinion, what she did was well-justified. Some however, felt like the action was taking things a little too far.
The creator made sure to explain in a later video that she no longer worked at the location the video took place, and that she would never post a video as such if she was still employed with the company.

The TikToker claimed the glasses were not actually prescription glasses and were “fashion plastic trend frames.” As for why she broke the glasses, @jurassicah explained that she was so upset because the tab they didn’t pay had to come out of her paycheck.
“I’m literally a minimum wage worker trying to make my rent,” she says as she begs viewers to think of servers before they dine and dash.
The comments were divided between those who thought the breaking of the glasses were uncalled for and those who would have done exactly the same.
