Ever been in the mood for some cheese? Well, Walmart sent a LOT of cheese to a TikTok user and the result quickly went viral.
TikToker Courtney (@courtneydeemss) showed off a gargantuan order of cheese that she received from Walmart. (Scroll to the end for the full video.)
And it was all a big misunderstanding. She captioned the video: “When I ordered .25lb of cheese and Walmart sent me 30lbs.”
Yeah. Big difference. Maybe someone at Walmart was asleep at the scale when filling her order.
Her video went viral, with more than 1 million views. And none of the commenters could believe it. Because who in the world needs THAT much Walmart cheese? TikTok commenters were stunned.
Others had their own similar tales of Walmart overdelivering (or underdelivering) products.
Walmart has been in the news lately for happier reasons: an 82-year-old man who worked there as a cashier was the subject of a viral TikTok about his plight. Well-wishers ended up raising more than $100,000 to help him leave his job.
As for Courtney, her cheese journey wasn’t over. As she wrote in the comments: “The worst part is I have to show up to Walmart customer service tomorrow for a refund.”
