Movies can be so unrealistic, what with all the CGI, special effects, and witty dialogue. There are other weird, unrealistic aspects, too, that apparently occur specifically in American movies, because people from other countries have pointed them out. Things like people saying goodbye without hanging up (which happens, sure, but not as much as it does in the movies) and taking pills without water (HOW?).
One person wondered, do all Americans have a bag of frozen peas in their freezers that they never eat? Okay, that part is true—they’re issued by the government and we do have authorities drop by randomly to make sure we still have our frozen peas. Sorry, America, but the now the secret is out.
Here are 25 tweets from people around the world talking about things that happen in American movies. *Click* (I hung up on you, without even saying goodbye.)

Why do Americans on TV shows have to go "grab" a cup of coffee? Can't see how that could ever end well. Especially if the cup is styrofoam.

What are funions? Americans on TV shows talk about them constantly. Onion rings? Onion flavour corn-snacks? Yes, I could google.

It amuses me when Americans in movies try to stop a natural disaster ending the world because they're Americans and they just have to try

I wish Americans in movies would just top comparing the length of things to that of a football field. I have no idea how long that is.
