Way back in March, the morbid tale of Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin was told on Netflix’s hit docuseries Tiger King and everyone was fascinated. Everyone was also pretty convinced that Baskin murdered her first husband and fed him to her tigers, but she still strenuously denies this accusation. And in the end, it’s Joe Exotic who is in jail and his compound belongs to Baskin.
Her triumph continues: not only does she have a popular Cameo account, Baskin just signed to perform on the next season of Dancing With the Stars, which somehow manages to chug along, pandemic and all:

Considering that DWTS has had Sean Spicer on, Baskin isn’t too surprising a cast member in my opinion. They love their rage ratings! And the response on Twitter indicates they’ll be getting a lot of those, because people are mad that the woman they think is a murderer is getting that ABC money. Many of them are concerned for the fate of her partner. And even more can’t believe they’ve only known about Baskin’s existence for a few short months. It feels like she’s been with us forever!
