21 Times Dudes Tried Mansplaining A Subject To Women Who Were Experts

One of the ways unconscious gender bias pops up is through everyone’s fave, mansplaining.

If you’re unfamiliar with the term, it’s what happens when a man condescendingly explains something to someone of another gender, often when that person already knows as much or more about the topic than the man in question.

It’s a frustrating experience that most of us have been through on a number of occasions, especially when straying into topics that have historically been seen as male-dominated.
