Viral Video Of TRUE Kitchen Owner’s Anti-Twerking Rant Sparks Debate And Jokes

A restaurant owner in Dallas, Texas has gone viral for his stance on twerking. 

On Nov. 29, Twitter user @ariellezsane_ posted a cryptic tweet TRUE Kitchen and Kocktails owner Kevin Kelley. 

One Twitter user replied, asking for more details and Arielle responded with a video of Kelley standing in the middle of his establishment, lecturing patrons on twerking.

In the video, Kelley tells patrons not to bring twerking into his business.

“All this twerking s**t, don’t bring it here because we’re a restaurant. If you wanna do it, get the f**k out my restaurant. Don’t do it again. I don’t want to hear it if you don’t like it, get out because I don’t need your money.”

Toward the end, he curses out a customer, saying that twerking would get them thrown out of the restaurant.

The video received nearly four million views and a lot of conversation on Twitter.

Many people viewed Kelley’s behavior as bad business.

While others sided with Kelley, saying there is a time and place for twerking.

Some people were just there for the jokes.

So to anyone THINKING of twerking in TRUE Kitchen and Kocktails: DON’T.
