Grey Worm And Missandei Dancing On Set To ‘My Boo’ Is Beyond Iconic

If you tuned into Season 8, Episode 4 of Game of Thrones, you know that some sh—t went down in King’s Landing. Not only did Daenerys show up with approximately 15 men against Cersei and Euron’s armies, but she lost one (well, two, including Rhaegar) of her dear friends and loyal companions—Missandei.

In the episode, Cersei teaches Daenerys a lesson by metaphorically taking back her name—”breaker of chains”—by having the Mountain execute a chained Missandei in front of Dany, Grey Worm, and the rest of her army.

As many know, Missandei was banking on Dany taking the throne so her and her love, Grey Worm, could go back to the beaches and live together in peace, love, and harmony. The two discussed leaving Westeros for good in order to live a more fulfilling and free life together.

After the episode aired, Jacob Anderson—who plays Grey Worm—posted a hilarious and iconic video on Twitter. The video shows Anderson and Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays Missandei, dancing to Ghost Town DJ’s “My Boo,”and doing the running man challenge together.

Anderson wrote that even though her death hurts, somewhere in the multiverse Grey Worm and Missandei are on a beach together somewhere.

Fans all over Twitter were hella emotional over seeing Grey Worm and Missandei back together again. And, many fans were still not over the fact that one of the *best characters* (and basically the only WOC) on the show got done so dirty.

We hope that somewhere in the multiverse, Grey Worm and Missandei are together FOR EVER.
