Working in customer service should also count for some kind of community service program. People can be so mind bogglingly dumb, it feels like you actually got a job teaching dogs to read. Actually, I think I would prefer that.
Customer service workers can’t help but share all the incredibly dumb things customers do on a daily basis. Let’s allow these people to vent as some free therapy. God knows they need it after hearing “the customer is always right” four times a day.
