Seeing inspirational posts about someone donating a kidney to a sick person makes you think you would probably do the same and get to be a hero, right? Now, if it was someone you really didn’t like, would you? They don’t deserve to die just because they’re not really your friend, but having a whole surgery for them seems like asking a lot. God forbid it forms a bond between the two of you and you have to keep them in your life forever.
A woman on Reddit’s AITA was put into a situation like this and people had some really mixed reviews about how she handled it.
