This Is Some Next Level Hospitality (35 Pics)

Before the pandemic, I was on the road every week. I’ve stayed in probably thousands of hotels in my life so when the customer service is top-notch it makes traveling much easier.

I was on the road with someone once who called and asked for a fridge in the room and when he checked in, there was a fridge already set up. First of all, I didn’t know you could do that. Second, it only works for practical things. They did not oblige my request for a Rolex.

After staying in so many awful hotels, you learn what’s “normal” or what to expect from a place before you arrive. These creative hotel ideas mixed with excellent customer service take it to a new level.
