People Share Disability Accessibility Features That Aren’t Actually Helping (16 Pics)

If you’re a non-disabled person, you might have not noticed how terrible accessibility can be for disabled people. When the correct assistance isn’t put in place by cities, trying to enter a business, cross the street, or grab something from a high shelf is way more difficult and sometimes impossible for disabled people. It’s incredibly frustrating and leaves people feeling totally forgotten.

People on Reddit’s r/CrappyDesign page don’t hold back when sharing the frustrating failure of some disability accommodations. Next time you’re out, look for terrible designs like these and you’ll start to see them everywhere.
