Dealing with HOAs can be a headache. While it’s meant to make sure everyone in the community stays on the same page, what it really turns out to be is a few people with a bit of power they just LOVE to flex at any opportunity.
This is no different with realtor @jdeluca.realtor and the BS HOA he is dealing with. Jared and Tim Deluca are Arizona-based realtors who found themselves beefing with the local HOA about their pride flag.

The HOA notified them about their flag, saying it didn’t meet the required guidelines. This prompted Jared to post his reaction on Tiktok.
In the Tiktok, Jared asks the question, “But did we get rid of the pride flag?” Only to reveal that rather than removing the flag, they installed a very large flagpole that meets HOA guidelines.
They quickly got to work.
Rules are rules…
Not only did they refuse to remove the flag, now an even larger flag can proudly fly for all to see.
You love to see someone standing up to people who are being petty, by being EVEN MORE petty. Fight fire with fire. Don’t just roll over and let these people win. They win way too often.
Obviously, the comments were largely in support of Jared and Tim.
