It’s not uncommon for disgruntled fast-food customers to take to social media to complain about poor customer service. These days people often side with the employees who are often overworked and underpaid, but this time, the customer may actually be right.
TikToker @thetwistedwinter caused a Little Caesars employee of cursing at a customer and intentionally smashing a pizza box. The first part of the interaction wasn’t caught on camera, but the clip ends with the Little Caesars employee demanding he leaves the restaurant.

@thetwistedwinter Little Caesars employee melted down and crushed my pizza! What happened to customer service? #littlecaesars #hotnready #rude #awful #viral #capcut #greenscreen
The whole disagreement was over the Little Caesar’s Hot-n-Ready menu, which guarantees HOT and … you guessed it, READY pizza. It’s normally available moments after ordering.
In the video, the customer explains that he ordered a cheese pizza, but there weren’t any available pon arrival. The manager asked him to wait for the pizza, but the customer asked if Little Caesars still offered Hot-N-Ready pizzas. This led to the smashing of the pizza box and the argument.
The TikToker says the employee told him, “You know what? Get the f*** out of here,” and crushed his pizza box out of anger. The pizza he already paid for, by the way.
“I decided I’m not gonna let it slide,” the customer said. “I’m gonna put it out there. And you know, Little Caesars, what do you have to say?”
It’s not a big deal to ask a customer to wait during busy hours, but viewers took issue with the way the employee handled the situation.
One commenter tagged Little Caesars’ TikTok account saying, “What say you? Only thing hot and ready was that dude’s temper.”
Viewers also vented about similar experiences they’ve had at different Little Caesars locations. Some pointed out that it’s not uncommon to have to wait for their Hot-n-Ready pizzas.
One commenter said, “Sometimes they have them ready, and sometimes they don’t. They make you wait when they don’t,” @thetwistedwinter replied, “I wasn’t being belligerent though. He just didn’t like the criticism.”
Another said, “I’m not buying it. he may have cursed but he seemed calmer than you. I want to hear the employee’s side cause yall be wildn.” To which the customer in the video replied, “I was calm until he grabbed my pizza from my hands and scratched my hand. After that, I was justifiably furious!”
Either way, it seems like crushing the pizza, especially one that was already paid for was an overreaction by the employee.
