The next installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World 3, will bring back original stars Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern, and Sam Neill to star alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, according to Deadline.
Jurassic World 3 director Colin Trevorrow announced that Goldblum, Dern, and Neill will be reprising their original roles as Dr. Ian Malcolm, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Dr. Alan Grant.
For those that don't know, this was a HUGE surprise tonight at @ArcLightCinemas during @Collider's #JurassicWorld event. A fan asked @colintrevorrow if any of the original cast was coming back in JW3 and he was like yes and then introduced @LauraDern to the shocked audience. https://t.co/FLiytKW5P7

Trevorrow also said they will have significant amounts of screen time, which is fantastic because Jeff Goldblum is a goddamn delight, and I will watch him in literally anything.
Trevorrow recently released the short film Battle at Big Rock, which takes place one year after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

The film shows dinosaurs running around and causing chaos in our world, fighting for their survival. Because the last Jurassic World film, which was directed by J.A. Bayona, showed dinosaurs leaving the island and heading towards civilization, folks think this might be a clue as to what the plot of Jurassic World 3 might be.
Folks were excited about the Jurassic Park 3 news, but also skeptical.
Take all my money. https://t.co/m0Zw6nc3JO

“They were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should,” wrote one user quoting the original Jurassic Park.
