Blink-182 really knew what they were talking about when they said “work sucks, I know.” Since the major shift to work-from-home, people are finding it difficult to set proper boundaries with work and their free time. Receiving emails late at night makes people feel guilty about not replying and leads to everyone working later. It’s a vicious cycle.
