Social media ‘body positivity’ can be exhausting. It’s almost impossible to not roll your eyes when you see an Instagram influencer post an “Instagram vs reality” post. Usually, in the first photo they are posed and gorgeous and in the second photo, they are posed, gorgeous, and have a single fat roll. How relatable.
There needs to be a shift in body positivity culture that is not just about loving the way you look, but focuses on not existing to look good all the time!
