Personally, I think ALL cars should have to, by law, give right of way to any pedestrian walking in the rain. I don’t want my hair to get wet, guys! But I can see how that might become dangerous, difficult to enforce, and probably more inconvenient for everyone involved.
STILL! In my ideal world, no one would be left waiting on a corner shivering in the rain while Mr. Nice-N-Warm-In-His-Car gets to drive around easy-peasy. #NYCProblems.
