Quarantine season has given us many gifts in the form of memes. Memes are carrying us through the day, and then into the next day which feels exactly like the last day. We’re making it through one day at a time with memes. A lot of them relate to specific events or images, but the newest game hashtag #MemeThisQuarantine is just asking people to take everything they’ve learned about both quarantine and memes and combine them. Perfect.
The results might be the most relatable thing I’ve looked at in the last few weeks, probably because it’s like looking in a mirror. This is life! Desperate, insane, hairy. All true, and all captured here by the inventive minds on Twitter.
At least one of these Meme This Quarantine memes has got to speak to you—unless you’re Donald Trump or a lockdown protestor. In that case, your sense of reality can’t be trusted.
