Uhh, So Pornhub Just Released Coronavirus Traffic Data (8 Graphs)

With offices, restaurants, and schools closed, and entire cities in lock-down in the wake of this global health crisis, our daily routines are being disrupted worldwide.

That is unless you’re one of the 120 million people who normally visit Pornhub on a given day — that routine has not been disrupted at all.

Last week, Forbes asked Pornhub’s statisticians (stat-tit-sticians?) to take a look at how this global crisis has impacted traffic and searches during these anxious few weeks of #SocialDistancing.

I’ll let you parse through the graphs on your own, but here are my big takeaways:

  • People are actually jerking off to Coronavirus porn.
  • The porn industry has responded faster to making Coronavirus porn than entire governments have to Coronavirus itself.
  • Slovakia is weird.
  • I guess I’m the only one who gets up at 5 am and rubs one out.
  • Since this virus has gotten “real,” far fewer people are jerking off to Coronavirus porn.
